The first stop of our trip to Jackson was at Burger King around 7 am. Lizzi was not really sure at first if she wanted to be a happy smily baby but she came around when we gave her a crown. What princess wouldn't be happy with their own crown? About 5 hours later we made it to Jackson where we quickly, well quickly for me had to get ready so we could go to dinner at Bar J. We had gotten Lizzi the perfect outfit to wear for the dinner. She was darling. It was a little big but that's ok she will grow into it eventually!
Poor Lizzi was a little tired by this point. A 3 am wake up was not on her list of things to do that day. But she was a trooper and was pleasant the whole night.
On Saturday we spent some time in town looking at shops and getting a
few things here and there. It was nice to just walk around and be a
tourist! After shopping we headed up to the ranch for the wedding. It
was so beautiful! When I grow up I want to live in Wyoming near the
Tetons! They are amazing!
Lizzi would have been included in this picture but she was sleeping and
I wasn't going to disturb her since it was going to probably be the
only decent nap she was going to get that day. She was so great at the wedding. She napped during the ceremony and eventually fell asleep while we were at the reception.
All in all it was a great trip and Brad and I are already planning another trip for the 3 of us to go back and this time go up to Yellowstone since I haven't been there either!
Gosh Mom I sure missed out as a kid! We didn't do the travel thing well did we?
